Last week, Agency CEOs (not the institution Presidents) were asked to name a COVID-19 testing administrator; responsibilities include:
- Prioritizing agency testing of employees
- Determining how many test kits will be needed in the coming weeks
- Ensuring that all employees are in the testing database
- Providing Agency management with testing reports

A&M-Central Texas announced that their CFO, Dr. Carter-Horn, will be returning to PVAMU at the end of June
Dr. Nigliazzo has asked Todd Lutz to move from the CIO position to fill in as the interim CFO (approximately one year); during this time, Gail Wallin, the Enterprise Apps director, has been asked to serve as the A&M-Central Texas interim CIO; she will attend most of the CIO Council and monthly chat meetings to represent A&M-Central Texas

- Captioning Services will provide members with closed caption, transcription, and subtitling solutions to make video accessible, searchable, SEO-friendly, and more engaging; the evaluation committee has selected three firms; contracting with these three firms will begin this week
- Interfolio has been approved by the A&M System IT governance groups as the sole system-wide solution for recruitment, hiring, tenure tracking and career and compensation; TAMU and PVAMU already have member agreements with Interfolio; this opt-in system-wide contract now enters the contract negotiation and implementation planning phase
- Qualtrics is a tool that provides feedback from customers, employees, and students; the System Offices has agreed to a system-wide agreement starting September 1; details to come
- RELLIS NaaS contract negotiations continue with AT&T
