- Captioning Services will provide members with closed caption, transcription, and subtitling solutions to make video accessible, searchable, SEO-friendly, and more engaging; the evaluation committee has selected three firms; contracting with these three firms will begin this week
- Interfolio has been approved by the A&M System IT governance groups as the sole system-wide solution for recruitment, hiring, tenure tracking and career and compensation; TAMU and PVAMU already have member agreements with Interfolio; this opt-in system-wide contract now enters the contract negotiation and implementation planning phase
- Qualtrics is a tool that provides feedback from customers, employees, and students; the System Offices has agreed to a system-wide agreement starting September 1; details to come
- RELLIS NaaS contract negotiations continue with AT&T
