News

New

  • The Finance Modernization Executive Sponsors meet at 2:00 p.m. Monday

  • Clifton Jones (A&M-Central Texas) recently sent the following email (excerpt) asking for ideas related to online appointment scheduling:

    Good morning

As mentioned in today’s meeting, we are seeing an increase in return to campus exceptions by staff.  It is not surprising given our areas challenges with increasing cases, hospitalization, positivity rates, and extended school closures.

As we look to ensure students have an easy way to schedule appointments with their advisors and enrollment management staff, we are considering online booking/appointment making software.  Is anyone using a platform that allows for easy appointment scheduling for students and integrates with the employees Microsoft calendar?

I have asked for IT to explore Calendly, but not sure how long that will take.  Just trying to get an idea of what others may be using.  Thanks in advance for you feedback.

    Respectfully

    Clifton Jones

Assistant Vice President, Division of Enrollment Management
