Sponsor Hall Layout at a Glance
Sponsorship Purchase and Booth Selection
Contact techsummit@tamus.edu for booth and add on sponsorship purchase information. Sponsor Hall booth location is assigned when payment is received.
Pay via credit card and select booth immediately.
OR
Request to be invoiced and select your booth once payment is received. You will receive an invoice within 48 hours of contacting us. Payment terms are net 60. If we do not receive payment in 60 days, your sponsorship will be released.
If paying via invoice, pay by ACH or check:

- Our team will complete the paperwork and return it to the email you provided.

Booth Construction
The Embassy Suites begins booth construction February 18 at 7:00 a.m. and should finish by 3:00 p.m.
Move In and Set Up
• Sunday, February 18: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Monday, February 19: 7:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.; the Sponsor Hall opens for attendees at 12:00 p.m.

Custom Furniture
360 Destination Group can provide booth furniture. Please contact techsummit@tamus.edu for their brochure.
Sponsor Hall Schedule
Sponsors are required to be in their booth during attendee breaks and meals. Booth attendance is optional at other times.
NOTE: Sponsors are not permitted to hold events during scheduled Tech Summit hours. Violators will not be allowed to participate in future Tech Summits.
