Following are the feature changes in the 3.2.0 version:
Minor Feature Enhancements
- Section Announcement email verbiage changed to: “There is a new announcement for the following classroom course section…”
- When a Section Announcement email is sent, a copy will also be sent to the section instructor.
- The Excel version of the Section Roster now shows UIN as the first column.
- The Evaluation Result tab will be available to both Instructor and Dept Node Admins, regardless of section status on the Section Management page.
- Course Files will be available after class is over for an indefinite period, so anyone on the section roster can access them.
- Enhanced evaluation reports for in-classroom training:
- Evaluation Likert Scale Questions report – Will have a # of Responses column
- NEW REPORT: Evaluation Short Answer Questions by Course Number
- NEW REPORT: Evaluation Likert Scale Questions by Course Number
- NEW REPORT: Evaluation Short Answer and Likert Scale Questions – Will include a Course Number and Section Number, and will provide individual employees’ detailed responses, grouped by employee, and includes both Likert and short answer responses.
- Editing of completion date now allowed on in classroom courses.
- Cost field added to registration confirmation email.
- Automated assignment withdrawal schedule for faculty changed to 100 days.
- Training Admins and Workstation Processors can now access external gateway transcripts under the Tools tab.
- Create employee group by selecting UINs from any workstation.
- New feature that allows adding a single or a list of UINs to an employee group.
- Admins can now remove an employee from an employee group, regardless of workstation.
- New Employee Statuses:
- Military Leave Dependents and Inactive Non-Employees will not be assigned training.
- Inactive Non-Employees will not have access to the following roles: Manager, Employee, Instructor
- Non-Employees will be included in Qatar advanced assignment rules where UIN Base Record employees are included.
